FIVE of swords

This is about self-preservation and falsely thinking we’re winning the battle when in reality, there are no winners here. It’s about how we blindly fight everything around us just to win or prove we’re right. We don’t see how we push people away or hurt our bodies with this constant inner conflict and stress. Like the cliche, we always hurt the ones we love. But we don’t even have love for ourselves in this card. We are pushing love away both inside and outside. Pride and arrogance can take over the true Magic that happens in our lives. Forgetting we need people (and need help from the Universe and Spirit Guides and things beyond the material). Our power comes from everything and everyone around us, as well as inside us. If we take away the power around us, thinking we defeated “the enemy,” we only defeat ourselves and it’s hard to carry the weight of those swords all by ourselves.

This video series is my own personal perspective of each card and as a Tarot reader, I see different things in the cards for each client. I'm only speaking for myself and these videos are intended to be positive and show my love of the Tarot (in under a minute). Enjoy!
