The Spellbook ∘ Page 27

There is power in our dreams just as there is power in our intuition (and our subconscious mind). We all have a shadow side and our own psychic ability. Saying “yes” to it is the hard part. The dogs in this card represent your wild and tame sides (thank goodness we have both!). The water is the subconscious and the path is a little dark right now, I know, but just use the moonlight as your guide. This is the card that comes to us when we’re doing some serious shadow work or we need to get our hands dirty and look at our TRUE selves (both dark and light). We need to look at these parts of ourselves, the sides that might be hard to see. They need to be acknowledged like any other side and in that, you’ll find some freedom. Just think of it as saying hello again after years of being pushing down into the subconscious. Our shadow selves are still part of us so to deny them during those periods of insomnia, the string of bad dreams or you can’t figure out why you feel SO stuck, lost or suspended - if we don’t see it or hear it, it knocks even louder. This card is an invitation to look deep inside and say hello again and “accept” that part of yourself and give it a big (no judgment) hug because once you do, it’s really not so scary. It’s just you. All parts of YOU deserve love and acceptance unconditionally.

This video series is my own personal perspective of each card and as a Tarot reader, I see different things in the cards for each client. I'm only speaking for myself and these videos are intended to be positive and show my love of the Tarot (in under a minute). Enjoy!
